Our business hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM until 8:30 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM.  We are committed to being there when you need us most. We are big enough to serve all of your notary needs, but small enough to know you by name. To better serve you, we are the ONLY Notary Service that is open until 8:30 PM weekdays.

We are located at 158 DRY KNOB ROAD. This is the street that is between the entrance to the Hunter Truck Sales and the stoplight in Fairchance. Coming from Big Six Road we are 3/10 of a mile on the right side.

What are your operating hours?

Weekdays: 10 AM until 8:30 PM. Saturdays 9 AM until 5 PM. Sunday hours by appointment; please call for details. Our Mobile Notary Service (where we come to your location) hours vary. Please call for details on Mobile Notary. 

 

Do you provide evening hours?

Yes we do. Open every weekday 10 AM until 8:30 PM. 

Do you offer mobile notary services?

Yes, we offer mobile notary services. If you are unable to travel to our office will come to your location for added convenience. Please call for details. 

What types of documents can you notarize?

We notarize a variety of documents including affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, real estate documents, powers of attorney, and more.

What titling, registration and plate services do you provide?

We can do all of the required paperwork to provide you same day service with regard to Pennsylvania and Maryland automotive titles, registrations and plate issuing. We can do the same with all West Virginia paperwork, however, your WV plates will come to you from the WV DoT office in Charleston via first class mail. 

Where are you located?

We are located at 158 Dry Knob Road. This is the street that is between the entrance to Hunter Truck Sales (on Big Six Road) and the stoplight in Fairchance. We are 3/10 of a mile on the right from the Hunter Truck Sales Sign.

Where do I park when visiting your office?

Off-street parking is provided in our newly paved parking area. Turn into the driveway off of Dry Knob Road and park in front of the gargage doors. Our office entrance is on the ground floor right next to the garage. 

What monetary transactions do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Debit and Credit Cards 

Is your office ADA Compliant?

Yes. Entry to our office is on the ground level of our building.

Do I need an appointment?

Not normally, but, if you have notarizing needs that requires you to bring witnesses it would be good to schedule a specific time to arrive.

Do you offer Hauling Permits for Oversize/Overweight loads?

Yes we do. We are partnered with the following states for obtaining OS/OW hauling permits: Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Please call for details.
